Woman Charged With Cutting Daughter's Boyfriend With Sword



A Woodbury woman was served arrest warrants on Nov. 11 for two counts of aggravated domestic assault.

The warrants were served on Leslie Beilfuss at 1420 Peeler Hill Road by Cannon County Sheriff's Department deputies Steve McMillen and Randy Neal.

The alleged incident took place on August 21 and was investigated by CCSD Sgt. Anthony Young.

According to the warrants, Leslie Beilfuss took a sword from a walking cane and tried to cut her daughter's boyfriend, Curtis Warren, who lives at 2300 Jim Town Rd. Warren tried to get the sword away from her to keep her from cutting him again, and she cut him twice more. She also hit Warren about his face.

Beilfuss is also charged  with trying to cut her daughter, Charity, with the sword as she was trying to call 911.

Bond for Leslie Beilfuss was set at $25,000.
