A Flood Watch remains in effect for Cannon County from Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

Two to three inches of rainfall ... with locally higher amounts ... is expected across middle Tennessee on Saturday.

Considering recent rains and high soil moisture... the rain forecast on Saturday will cause flooding in low lying areas... creeks and streams. River flooding is also possible.
