Auto Accident, DUI

David W. Lavender, 25, was charged with DUI following a single vehicle wreck on Hill Creek Road. Deputies arriving on the scene discovered a green, 1997 Dodge Ram pickup wrecked in the ditch, sitting at a 45 degree angle with the driver's side door still open. A hearing is set for December 6 in General Sessions Court.

Jeffery H. Bean was charged with DUI, fourth offense, and driving on a revoked license by Patrolman Jimmy Hayes. A hearing is set for December 13 in General Sessions Court.

Michael H. Wiedemann was charged with DUI, first offense, by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for December 13 in General Sessions Court.

Driving on a Suspended License

Shelby Nichole DeHaven was charged with driving on a suspended license by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for November 8 in General Sessions Court.

Criminal Impersonation

Jared R. Mullins was charged with criminal impersonation after giving Patrolman T. Miller a fake name following a traffic stop. A hearing is set for November 8 in General Sessions Court.
