Vera Smith Patterson

Graveside services for Vera Smith Patterson, 60, of Woodbury, will be held at noon Monday, May 6, 2013 at Taylor Cemetery with Bro. Richard Williams officiating.

Visitation was 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 6 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Survivors include her mother, Vern Walker Smith of Woodbury; two daughters, Niki Patterson Delk and her husband, Heath, of Murfreesboro and Tracy Patterson Elrod and her husband, Brian, of Woodbury; grandchildren, Zettie Elrod, Boone Elrod, Jackson Delk and Matok Delk, sisters, Joyce Taylor, Eileen Smith and Joella King, all of Woodbury, and Karen (Billy) Bass of Burns, TN., a brother, David (Vick) Smith of Woodbury; aunts and uncles, Dottie and Jim Jones, Dee and Betty Smith, Ruth Zachos and Lillian Maxwell.

Vera was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Smith and a brother, Gary Smith. She was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church, a retired secretary and grandmother.
