Two Charged With Criminal Trespass



Two Bradyville men were charged recently with the offense of Criminal Trespass in separate incidents.

Thomas Wade Young, 7553 Hollow Springs Rd., Bradyville, was charged by Cannon County Sheriff’s Investigator Anthony Young on Oct. 31. The incident took place on or about Oct. 28. Initial court date is Dec. 6.

Caden Jones, 75 Choctaw Dr., Bradyville, was charged in a warrant obtained by Carol Ann Truesdell on Nov. 8 and served by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Smith on that date.

The warrant alleges that on or about Sept. 19, Truesdell and her landlord, Guy Alexander, told Jones that he was no longer allowed on any of Alexander’s properties, specifically Truesdell’s home at 64 Hollow Springs Rd.

On Nov. 8, two persons, on a relative of Truesdell, went to the Hollow Springs Rd. address and discovered Jones sleeping in a back bedroom. When asked how he got in, Jones said, “I don’t know.”

After some words were exchanged, Jones ran out of the house. His initial court date is Dec. 6.

Tiffany Scott was served a warrant for Worthless Check on Nov. 9.

Bryan D. Blair was served a warrant for Worthless Checks on Nov. 14.

Jill Jones was served a warrant for TennCare Fraud and Identity Theft on Nov. 9.
