• Approve minutes of the June 8, 2010 meeting

• Public Hearing regarding Ordinance No. 431, an ordinance amending the original budget ordinance for the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.  

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 431 on second and final reading.

• Mr. Guy Alexander would like to address the board

• Mr. Dale Peterson would like to address the board to give a summary of the community fireworks event held July 2, 2010.

• Consider adoption of the 2006 Edition of the International Building Code, Residential Code, Fire Code, and Energy Code.  

• Review and discuss Five Year Strategic Plan submitted by the Woodbury Fire Department

• Discuss Administration fee to Upper Cumberland Development District for the Downtown Revitalization Project.
