Three people pled guilty to drug-related charges Friday in Cannon County Circuit Court. Don R. Ash was the presiding judge.

• Joseph Tyler Green pled guilty to criminal attempt to initiate the manufacture of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to six years in prison as a Range 1, 30 percent offender and was placed on community corrections in lieu of serving his sentence in prison. He was also ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and court costs.

In another case, Green pled guilty to reckless endangerment and was sentence to one year in prison as a Range 1, 30 percent offender.  That sentence was ordered to be served consecutively to count one.  He was placed on community corrections in lieu of serving his sentence in prison. Additionally, Green pled guilty to a charge of evading arrest and was sentence to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was ordered to be served concurrently with counts one and two and he was also placed on community corrections. All other charges were dismissed.

• Francisco Bustamante pled guilty under judicial diversion to criminal attempt to initiate the manufacture of methamphetamine.  He was placed on community corrections six years and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine. In another care, he pled guilty under judicial diversion to evading arrest and was placed on community corrections for 11 months, 29 days. That probationary period was ordered to run concurrently with count one. All other charges were dismissed.

• Elizabeth Barrett pled guilty to criminal attempt to initiate the manufacture of methamphetamine. She was sentence to four years in prison as a Range 1, 30 percent offender, fined $3,000 and ordered to pay court costs. In another case, she pled guilty to theft over $1,000. She was sentenced to two years in porison as a Range 1, 30 percent offender.  That sentence was ordered to run concurrently with count one and she was placed on community corrections for four years in lieu of serving her prison sentence.

In other cases:

• Phillip Shook pled guilty under judicial division to aggravated burglary and was placed on probation for four years and ordered to pay court costs. In another case, he pled guilty under judicial diversion to theft under $500 and was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days.  That probationary period was ordered to run concurrently with count one and he was ordered to pay court costs and restitution. Shook also pled guilty under judicial diversion to a worthless check charge, was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days and WAS ordered to pay restitution and court costs.

• Robert Lynn Self, Jr. pled guilty to theft over $500. He was sentenced to one year in prison as a Range 1, 30 percent, which he will serve consecutive to a sentence in Warren County, and he was ordered to pay restitution and court costs.

• Robert Mitchell Orr III pled guilty to violation of probation. He was sentenced to serve six months in the county jail. His probation was extended five years and he was placed under state probation and community corrections.

• Patti Chappel pled guilty to violation of probation. Her probation was extended for one year, on condition that restitution is paid. Court costs were waived. Probation fees were waived for six months.

• Samuel Fabozzi was granted his petition for unsupervised probation. He is serving a sentence for reckless endangerment.

Other cases on the docket were continued until a later date.
