Three persons scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court Tuesday made their legal situations more difficult by failing to show up.

• Michael Lynn Adcock, charged with violation of probation, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for his arrest.

• William E. Eisenmann, charged with violation of probation 2nd offense and violation of probation 4th offense, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for his arrest.

• Terry Brian Tramel, charged with violation of probation, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for his arrest.

In some of the other cases heard by Judge Susan Melton Tuesday:

• Kenneth Dee Barrett pled guilty to DUI 1st offense. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 20 days, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, ordered to serve 48 hours in the Cannon County Jail, fined $350 and assessed court costs.

• Brian Forrest Brock pled guilty to the charge of DUI 2nd offense. Sentencing was set for Jan. 24. Charges of simple possession of a Schedule IV drug, possession of a Legend drug and leaving the scene of an accident were continued until that date.

• Timothy Smith pled guilty to driving while license suspended 2^nd offense. He received a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, equal time on probation, a $50 fine, will lose his license for 1 year and was assessed court costs.

• Tiffany Ann Carpenter pled guilty to three counts of driving on a suspended license 2nd offense. Sentencing was set for Jan. 24. A violation of probation 2nd offense charged will also be heard that day.

• Rena Nanette Clemmons pled guilty to driving on a revoked license 2nd offense. Sentencing was set for Feb. 14.

• Michael Anthony Dorris, Jr. pled guilty to violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 14 days in the Cannon County Jail and his probation was extended 11 months, 29 days.

• Debbie Kronnick pled guilty to driving on a suspended license 1^st offense. She received a 6-month suspended sentence, equal time on probation, her license was suspended for 1 year, she was fined $25 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Chadley Keith Odom pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He received a 6-month suspended sentence, equal time on probation, a $25 fine, was ordered to pay court costs, and his license was suspended for 1 year.

• Ernest Brian Osment entered into an agreed order of retirement for 11 months, 29 days on the charge of conspiracy to introduce contraband. He was ordered to maintain good and lawful conduct, pay the court costs, and report to Providence Probation Corporation once per month. A followup hearing was set for July 24, 2012. A charge of possession of a Legend drug was dismissed.

• Jason David Ostby pled guilty to violation of probation. He was ordered to serve his original 6-month sentence.

• Cynthia Darnall Taylor pled guilty to violation of probation. She was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

• Daryl Dewayne Thomas pled guilty to driving without a suspended license. He was given a 30-day suspended sentence, equal time on probation, fined $2 and assessed court costs.

• Joshua Lee Underwood pled guilty to violation of probation 1st offense. He was sentenced to 14 days in the Cannon County Jail and his probation was extended 11 months, 29 days.

• Hazel J. Wallace pled guilty to passing a school bus. She will attend driver’s safety school.

• Brandon Scott Watson entered a best interest plea of guilty to the charge of theft of property. He was sentenced to serve 11 months, 29 days and ordered to serve it in his entirety. It will run concurrent with a sentence he is currently serving.

• Stephen Patrick Johnson pled guilty to violation of probation. He received a 6 month jail sentence and will serve it in Rutherford County, concurrent with another sentence.

• Lou Ann Mayfield forfeited cash bond on a worthless check charge and the case was dismissed.

• Tabitha Lynn Mayfield forfeited cash bond on a worthless check charge and the case was dismissed.

• Kimberly Ann Besner, charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication, was reset for Nov. 22.

• Larry Ricky Blair, Jr., charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication, was reset for Dec. 20.

• Melissa Joy Brown, charged with violation of probation, one count 3rd offense and two counts 2nd offense, failed a drug screen in court and was remanded to the custody of the Cannon County Sheriff's Department. Her cases were reset for Nov. 1.

• Michael Mason Butcher request for the retirement of disorderly conduct charge was granted following his payment of costs.

• Daniel Jacob Carpenter, charged with DUI and violations of the seatbelt and open container laws, was reset for Dec. 20.

• Jeffrey W. Christy, charged with theft over $10,000, was reset for Nov. 29. Christy initially pled guilty to the charge of joyriding, but changed his mind after his mother voiced objection to the terms of the sentence.

• Larry Van Davis, charged with reckless burning, was reset for Nov. 29.

• Phillip Dinovo, charged with theft under $500, was unable to appear in court. It was learned he had been arrested in Warren County by U.S. Marshals.

• Lori Salser Farmer, charged with driving on a suspended license, failed to appear. A Show Cause warrant was issued.

• Joseph Michael Faulk, charged with aggravated burglary, theft over $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia, was reset for Nov. 22.

• Jerry Ray Gunter, charged with violation of probation, failed to appear. He is currently incarcerated in Rutherford County.

• James Jessie Ingram, charged with DUI 1st offense, was reset for Dec. 20.

• David D. Johnson, charged with violation of an order of protection, was reset for Nov. 15.

• Jesse Kifer, charged with violation of probation, three counts, was reset for Dec. 6.

• William David Labbe applied for judicial diversion on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and the case was reset for Dec. 20.

• Christopher Paul Lafever, charged with public intoxication, was reset for Dec. 20.

• Adam Leroy McClure, charged with aggravated burglary, theft over $500 and tampering with evidence, was reset for Nov. 22.

• Troy Fred McCormick, charged with violation of probation 1st offense, was reset for Jan. 29.

• Betty Jean Olson had her motion to reduce or waive fines, court costs, fees denied by Judge Melton.

• Tammy Renee Southers, charged with violation of probation, one count 2nd offense, two counts 1st offense, was reset for Nov. 15.

• Brian Alan Stafford, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, was reset for Dec. 20.

• Bryan Christopher Tate, charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for Dec. 20.

• Russell Dale Walls, charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, and violations of the financial responsibility, implied consent and light laws, was reset for Dec. 13.

• Joseph Weldon Warren, charged with vandalism under $500, was dismissed by the state based on a prior court disposition.

• Kimberly Dawn Warren, charged with simple possession of a Schedule II drug, was reset for Nov. 29.

• Raymond Earl McVay, Jr., charged with reckless endangerment, was reset for Nov. 15.

• Clayton Thomas Adams, charged with driving on a revoked license, was reset for Nov. 15.
