Three of the defendants in the Cannon County General Sessions Court of Judge Susan Melton Tuesday had their cases bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

They are:

• Ronica Renee Arnold, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of manufacturing methamphetamine.

• Ashley Dawn Meeks, charged with possession of Schedule VI drugs and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.

• Marcus Edward Tenpenny, charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest.

The other cases Tuesday:

• Johnny Wade Stephens pled guilty to reckless endangerment (reduced from DUI). He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and order to serve 10 days in the county jail. He was also fined $500 and ordered to pay court costs. Stephens also pled guilty to violation of the implied consent law. His license was revoked for one year and he was ordered to pay court costs.

• Shane M. West pled DUI, first offense. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days and ordered to serve the entire sentence. He lost his driver's license for one year, fined $350 and ordered to pay court costs. West also pled guilty to driving on a revoked license, fourth offense.  He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days and ordered to serve the entire sentence. He lost his driver's license for one year, fined $50 and ordered to pay court costs. His sentences will run concurrent with one he is serving in Warren County.

• Melinda Carol Barrett pled guilty to a charge of forgery. She was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. She was also ordered to pay $606.60 in restitution along with court costs.

• Calvin Maurice Conley, pled guilty to violation of probation, first offense. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail. That sentence is to run concurrent with one he is serving in Rutherford County. Upon release he will be placed back on probation for 10 months, 29 days.

• Jennifer C. Hernandez pled guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended license (reduced from driving on a revoked license, first offense). She was given a six month suspended sentence and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Brian W. Ingram pled guilty to driving without a license. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence and placed on probation for 30 days. He was fined $2 and assessed court costs. Ingram also pled guilty to violation of the financial responsibility law and was fined $100.

• Joseph William Knoff pled guilty to driving without a license (reduced from driving on a suspended license, second offense). He was given a 30 day suspended sentence and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Cassi Nichole Morton pled guilty to driving without a license (reduced from driving on a suspended license, second offense). She was given a 30 day suspended sentence and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. She was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Trevor Lanphere was ordered to serve a total of 40 days following two motions by the state to return him to jail. Lanphere was let out early due to an error in calculation of time served.

• Misty Michelle Hollars, charged with violation of probation, second offense, had her probation extended 11 months, 29 days and she was ordered to pay court costs.

• Isaac Markum, charged with disorderly conduct, was continued for one month subject to good and lawful behavior. If all conditions are met the charge will be dismissed without cost.

• Darren L. Green, charged with filing a false report, had his case continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful  behavior. He is also to have no contact with Tyler Green. If all conditions are met, the charges will be dismissed without cost.

• Tara H. Spencer, charged with DUI by Consent, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Justin K. Hankins had two petitions to suspend sentence and terminate probation granted by Judge Melton.

• Samantha Joy Biggs, charged with disorderly conduct, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Rebecca Paige Bynum, charged with no driver’s license, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Wendy Elizabeth Hurst, charged with driving on a suspended license, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Cynthia Denise Thomas, charged with theft under $500 and driving on a suspended license, was reset for April 19.

• Charie A. Urban, charged with driving on a suspended license, improper use of registration and no insurance, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Alexander K. Webb, charged with driving on a suspended license, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for his arrest.

• Lisa Berrett Tanton, charged with driving on a revoked license, sixth offense, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Jeramy Dennis Barnes, charged with driving on a suspended license, three counts; violation of the insurance and registration laws, two counts, was reset for April 19.

• William Richard Barrett, charged with driving on a suspended license, second offense, expired registration, and violation of the financial responsibility law, was reset for July 12.

• Noe Israel Campos, charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for April 26.

• Alyssa Marie Coleman, charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for July 19.

• Corey Wayne Ferrell, charged with DUI, first offense, was appointed an attorney and his case was reset for May 10.

• Amanda Marie Hilton, charged with driving on a revoked license, fifth offense, was reset for Sept. 20.

• Amanda Rhea Hollis, charged with DUI, second offense; simple possession of a Schedule III drug; and violation of the financial responsibility law, was reset to July 12.

• Jonathan Wayne Kestner, charged with domestic assault, was appointed an attorney and his case was reset to June 14.

• Tonya McClure, charged with driving on a revoked license, second offense and speeding (76/45), was reset for Sept. 20.

• Joseph Reagan McFerrin, charged with aggravated child abuse, was reset for June 14.

• Carla M. Monick, charged with aggravated child abuse, was reset for June 14.

• Jeffrey Dewayne Nichols, charged with driving on a revoked license, was reset for July 19.

• Susan Kelli Norvell, charged with DUI, was reset for May 10.

• Justin Glenn Page, charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for July 19.

• Charles Samuel Patterson, Mickie K. Patterson, Jeremy Pitts, Billy Ray Tidwell, all charged with aggravated burglary stemming from the same case, was reset for a preliminary hearing on May 24.

• Tina Renee Pendergrast, charged with simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI, first offense, was reset for June 14.

• Ashley Nicole Pope, charged with theft under $500 and possession of a Legend drug without prescription, was reset for May 10.

• Dustin Scott St. John, charged with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, simple possession of a Schedule II drugs, evading arrest, criminal impersonation, and seat beat violation, was reset for a prelimiary hearing April 19.

• Joseph Matthew Starnes, charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for July 19.

• Don A. Stephens, Jr., charged with violation of probation, first offense, was reset for May 24.

• Jessica Davis, charged with theft over $500, theft under $500 and public intoxication, was reset to a later date. She is currently serving time in another county.
