Several music legends have gotten together and formed a band to spotlight the music of another late rock legend in Tom Petty. The group, The Petty Junkies, will be in the spotlight Saturday night at the Hop Springs Brewery 6670 John Bragg Hwy in between Woodbury and Murfreesboro.
The most notable name of the band that is familiar to many country fans would be the lead vocalist Brady Seals. Seals along with Tim Rushlow fronted the hit country band Little Texas.
Seals, who comes from a line in a family of songwriters and singers such as Dan Seals and Troy Seals, stays busy with this band as well as a band that pays tribute to the Highwaymen.
The band also features members who are the go to musicians during major artist recording sessions. They have performed with Garth Brooks, Peter Frampton, Keith Urban, Eric Clapton, Chris Cornell, Reba and more
