The 2014 Cannon County Walk Across Tennessee is underway with sixteen teams participating. This five week challenge gets people moving and walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active. You can do it almost anywhere and at any time. Walking is also inexpensive. All you need it a comfortable pair of shoes. Just one hour a day of walking is all you need to do.
