Special Kids Golf Tournament Tees Off Thursday

Special Kids has invited local golfers and other supporters to take part in the 2020 Special Kids Golf Classic, hosted by Indian Hills Golf Course on Thursday and Friday, June 11th and 12th.

The event will be held as an in-person tournament, with adjustments made in observance of social distancing guidelines suggested by the CDC, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, and representatives from Indian Hills Golf Course. A full list of these guidelines can be found at www.specialkidstn.com.

Beginning at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 11th, each player will receive 18 holes of golf and a catered lunch, along with giveaway items included with a goody bag. Teams have been asked to sign up for separated "tee time shifts" throughout the afternoon and arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before their start time. No formal post tournament ceremonies will be held; Instead, results will be recorded and sent to the awarded teams following the event.

Special Kids is a Christian therapy and nursing center for children with special needs.
