Son Charged With Trespassing At Mom’s House



Heated arguments with his mother led to the arrest of a Woodbury man recently.

Wesley Jacob Hayes, 345 Roach Hollow Rd., Woodbury, was charged with aggravated criminal trespass on May 22 by Woodbury Assistant Police Chief Kevin Mooneyham.

Hayes allegedly engaged in an argument with his mother on May 20 and was asked to vacate the premises and not return.

Hayes returned on May 22 and got into another verbal confrontation with his mother. Bond was set at $5,000.

The mother is reportedly in the process of obtaining an order of protection against the son.

Initial court date is July 19.
