Six Plead Guilty To Driving Without License

Six defendants entered guilty pleas to the charge of driving without a license in General Sessions County on Tuesday, April 5.

That charged was reduced from the original charge of driving while their license was suspended.

The six were Michelle Caldwell, Thomas K. Doherty, Jr., Robert Michael Lundregan, Amanda Danille Nichol, Sarah Elizabeth Quill and Angela Diane Ward.

All six were given a 30-day suspended sentence and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. They were all fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

Lundregan also pled guilty to a charge of violation of the financial responsibility law and was fined $100.
