Six Guilty Of Violating Probation



Chancellor Robert E Corlew, III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Friday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Andrew Asbury pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Jason A. Couch pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Michael Brown pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Ezra Marino pled guilty to violation of probation.  He was ordered to serve 120 days in jail and his probation was extended.

Amanda Hollis was found guilty of violation of probation.  She was ordered to serve a year in jail and her probation was extended.

Debra Lynn Young was found guilty of violation of probation.  She was ordered to serve 6 months in jail and her probation was extended.

John C. Smith was reset until December 2, 2010.  He is charged with violation of probation.

Joshua P. Smith's petition to waive costs was partially granted.  He was ordered to pay only mandatory court costs and fines.
