A long day in the Cannon County General Sessions Court of Judge Susan Melton Tuesday witnessed several cases bound over to the grand jury, a smattering of guilty pleas, and an abundance of cases reset to a later date.

• Matthew Allen Baker, aggravated burglary, criminal trespass, theft over $10,000, possession of Schedule II drugs, contraband in a penal institution, was bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. His bond was also reduced from $30,000 to $15,000.

• Jacqueline Lynn Barrett, charged with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, was bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. She also pled guilty to a charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 30 days in the Cannon County Jail. Upon release she will be placed back on probation for 11 months, 29 days.

• Dianna Lynn French, charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect, four counts, was bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury.

• Robert Matthew Scott, charged with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, was bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury.

• Brian Neil Wells had charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, simple possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. Wells also pled guilty to a charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence, with credit given for time served.

• Cynthia Denise Thomas, charged with theft under $500, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, and driving on a suspended license, was bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury.

• Dustin Ray Bain, charged with domestic assault, was reset for July 26.

• Jorge Barajas, Jr., speeding (79/55), did not appear.

• Bruce Dennison Beyal, II, pled guilty to speeding (82/55) and was finded $10 and accessed court costs.

• Micah Steffen Blair, charged with violation of probation (2nd offense), public intoxication, manufacture of methamphetamine, initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, was remanded to the custody of the Cannon County Sheriff's Dept. and his court date was reset for Sept. 6.

• Susan A. Blair, charged with filing a false report, two counts, was reset for June 14.

• Harry W. Brandon, charged with simple possession of Schedule drugs, possession of Schedule II drugs, reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, was reset for July 26.

• Boyce Tyrone Brown, charged with DUI (2nd offense), driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law, possession of Schedule VI drugs, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Susan M. Brown, charged with worthless check, forfeited a cash bond and the case was dismissed.

• Terry Lynn Burger, charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, was reset for July 26. He is applying for judicial diversion.

• Michael Mason Butcher, charged with disorderly conduct, was appointed an attorney and reset for Aug. 2.

• Renee L. Chapdelaine, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Jimmy Wayne Chapman, charged with aggravated assault, two counts, was reset for July 26.

• Ronald Shayne Christie, charged with vandalism under $500, was dismissed after the state declined to prosecute.

• Glen Allen Climer II, charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, aggravated child endangerment, made a motion for bond reduction. The state made a motion for bond increase. Judge Melton denied both motions and Climer's next court date was set for July 19.

• Dillan Anthony Collette, charged with simple possession of marijuana, was reset for July 26.

• Adam Cope, charged with driving on a suspended license, pled guilty to a reduced charged for driving without a license. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence, place on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $2 and order to pay court cosrs. Charges of violation of the insurance and seatbelt laws were dismissed.

• Randall Ewing Council, charged with theft under $500 and theft over $500, two counts, was appointed an attorney and reset for Aug. 2.

• Bobby Jerome Davenport, Jr., charged with driving on a suspended license and violation of the registration and insurance laws, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Christopher Dean Davis, charged with domestic assault, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior at the request of the victim.

• William Corey Dickens, charged with driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law, was reset for June 21.

• Jimmy Lynn Driver, Jr., charged with criminal trespass and theft over $1,000, was reset for July 12.

• Johnny Lee Duncan, charged with violation of probation, two counts (2nd and 3rd offenses), was appointed an attorney and reset for July 26.

• Robert James Easterwood pled guilty to DUI. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was ordered to serve 10 days in the Cannon County Jail. He was also fined $350, assessed court costs, and had his driver's license revoked for one year.

• William E. Eisenmann pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 27 days in the Cannon County Jail. Upon released he will be placed back on probation for nine months.

• Brittne Hope Fauls, charged with theft over $1,000 and theft under $500, was reset for July 26.

• Shannon Carl Fitts, charged with aggravated assault, was reset for Sept. 6.

• Flint Wilson Gilley, charged with DUI (3rd offense), was reset for July 26.

• James Paul Glenn, charged with domestic assault, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Sarah Renee (Roller) Grizzle, charged with driver’s license, registration and financial responsibility violation charges, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Luther Carl Hale, Jr. pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $50 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Bridgette Haley, charged with simple possession of Schedule III drugs, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Austin Cole Heath charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding (83/55), was reset for Aug. 2.

• Charlotte M. Hill, charged with attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson, was reset for July 19.

• James W. Hill, charged with attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson, was reset for July 19.

• Mary Virginia Hill, charged with attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson, was reset for July 19.

• Brandi Dawn Hodges, charged with theft under $500, was reset for Aug. 9.

• Jeffrey Michael Hodges, charged with aggravated burglary, theft under $500, was continued upon verification that he is currently incarcerated in Warren County.

• Randy Wade Holden, charged with DUI (2nd offense) and violation of the implied consent law, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Stephen Patrick Johnson pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 60 days in the Cannon County Jail. Upon release he will be placed back on probation for 10 months, 29 days.

• James R. Kaiser, charged wiith aggravated assault, eight counts, was reset for June 14.

• Jonathan Shane Kennedy, charged with driving on a revoked license, was continued.

• Kristoffer Bryce King, charged with simple possession of Schedule drugs, was reset for July 12.

• Candice Dawn Laxton, charged with DUI, two counts, and violation of the implied consent law, was reset for July 26.

• Helen Louise Long, charged with violation of the registration and insurance laws, was dismissed.

• Richard McLaughlin, charged with DUI (2nd offense), driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law, violation of the seatbelt and open container laws, was appointed an attorney and reset for July 12.

• Tina Elaine Meador Mullen pled guilty to phone harassment and was given a partially suspended setence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. She was also ordered to serve 18 days in the Cannon County Jail. Mullen also pled guilty to violation of  a protection order. She was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. Her sentences are to run consecutive.

• Wendy Deanna Mears, charged with contraband in a penal institution (two counts), was reset for July 12.

• Kyle Edward Miller, charged with domestic assault, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Johnny Nathanial Mitchell, charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Doyle E. Mooneyham, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation (4th offense), three counts, was reset for Sept. 16.

• Timmy Wayne Mount, charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of Schedule III drugs for resale, possession of Schedule VI drugs for resale and fraudulent use of a debit or credit card, was reset for July 12.

• Kyle J. Ortkiese, charged with simple possession of Schedule IV drugs and disorderly conduct, was reset for July 12.

• Terri Lynn Ortkiese, charged with driving on a revoked license, joyriding, and violation of the registration and insurance laws, was reset for July 12.

• Haley Morgan Parker, charhed with initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of Schedule II drugs, was reset for July 12.

• Chase Wayne Pelham, charged with contraband in a penal institution, was reset for July 12.

• Bobby Wayne Pinegar, Jr., charged with criminal trespass, aggravated burglary, and theft over $10,000, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Christopher Steven Reed, charged disorderly conduct, was appointed an attorney an reset for Aug. 2.

• Mercedez Lynn Ridley, charged with theft under $500, was reset for Aug. 9.

• Alexander Debenedict Robinson, charged with driving on a suspended license, pled guilty to a reduced charge of driving without a license. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Dallas Jay Rogers, charged with domestic assault and driving on a suspended license, two counts, was appointed an attorney and reset for July 12.

• James Christopher Shamlin, II, pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was given a six month suspended sentence, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $50 and assessed court costs.

• Garrett W. Shirley pled guilty to DUI. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was ordered to serve 10 days in the Cannon County Jail. He was also fined $350, assessed court costs, and had his driver's license revoked for one year. Charges of felony evading arrest and violation of the implied consent law were dismissed.

• Phillip Matthew Shook pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was given a six month suspended sentence, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $50 and assessed court costs.

• Donald Wayne Smith, charged with DUI by consent, public intoxication, violation of probation (1st offense), was reset to June 14.

• Glenn Richard Smotherman, charged with domestic assault, failed to appear and a Capias was issued for his arrest.

• Carl Stinnett, Jr., charged with driving on a revoked license, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Monti Vallaird Tate, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment by telephone, was reset for Aug. 2.

• Angie Dawn Taylor, charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $500, had the charges dismissed after the state declined prosecution.

• Jodie Wade Taylor, charged with domestic assault and violation of order of protection, two counts, was reset for Aug. 9.

• Jason T. Tenpenny, charged with theft under $500, was appointed an attorney and reset for Aug. 2.

• Dana Lagra Thompson, charged with possession of Schedule VI drugs for resale, possession of Schedule III drugs for resale, possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, and violation of the insurance law, was appointed an attorney and reset for Aug. 2.

• David Estil Tipton, chared with DUI, was reset for July 12.

• Devon Aaron Tribble, charged with domestic assault and vandalism, was reset for June 21.

• Juan Shane Urban pled guilty to four counts of abuse and neglect of children under 18 years old. On one count he was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and ordered to serve 57 days in the Cannon County Jail. He was also placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days. On the other three counts he was given suspended sentences of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. Two of the three sentences will run concurrent to count one and the third will run consecutive.

• Ashley Nichole Wilmouth, charged with joyriding, driving without a license and violation of the registration and insurance laws, was appointed an attorney and reset for June 21.

• Sally May Woodward, charged with domestic assault, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Marty Royce Youngblood, charged with no temporary kill tag, was reset for Aug. 2.
