Valeria Michele Brewer, 149 Black Dog Lane, Bradyville, was charged with Violation of the Sex Offender Registry on Nov. 18 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Moss.

Valeria Brewerr allegedly had a 14-month-old child living in her residence for the past five months, in violation of T.C.A. 40-39-211.

Brewer was convicted in 2003 with Criminal Attempt to Commit Statutory Rape.

Bond was set at $3,000. Initial court date is Dec. 6.

• Derek Shawn Brewer, 149 Black Dog Lane, Bradyville, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Nov. 18 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Moss.

Brewer was allegedly in the possession of two glass pipes, which he stated he used for smoking marijuana. Initial court date is Dec. 6.
