Robert Wayne Barrett, 46, died Fri., Jan. 21, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center following a short illness.

A native of Cannon County, he lived in Woodbury.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Barrett

Survivors include his wife, Melinda Carol Barrett of Woodbury; daughters, Shelia Collett, Debra Barrett and Paige Barrett all of Woodbury; grandchildren, Vanessa Farris, Dylan Collett, Brady Byrge; and grandmother, Ruby Evelyn Barrett. Also surviving are several brothers and sisters.

Wayne was a logger and a member of the Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 with Centerhill Cemetery with Bro. James Sylenski officating.

Visitation will be Monday from 9 a.m .until 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Active Pallbearers will be Mark and Jeff Thomas, Dylan Light, William Collett, Jeff Byrge and DeWayne Burnett

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
