Reckless endangerment, assault cases heard
Staff Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included: Connor Dahne Godshall pled guilty to reckless driving. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 5 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs. Jamie Jones pled guilty to reckless endangerment. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs. In another case Jones pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs. Lena Ann Jones pled guilty to assault. She was sentence to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs. Stephanie Mooneyham agreed to the violation of her probation. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail and her probation was extended 11 months 29 days. Jonathan Ryan Smith pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on probation and ordered to pay the costs. Tiffany Hobbs pled guilty to driving on a suspended license 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 6 days, equal time on probation, paying a $100 fine and the costs.
Stacie Leann Pitts was charged with driving on a revoked license, registration violation and lack of insurance. Warrants Served Dewayne Lowe Travis was served with a capias warrant. Jamie Renee Jones was served with a capias. Lena Ann Jones was served with a capias (aggravated assault). Chase McKenzie Heath, amended violation of probation. Crystal Lynn Insel, violation of probation. Jimmie Barnes II, violation of probation. Aubrey Barlow was charged with theft under $500 and criminal trespass. Theft Reported Woodbury Police Luis M. Abundis Rodriguez was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for June 10. Cory Foster was charged with driving on a suspended license, fourth offense, by Patrolman Brent Brock. A hearing is set for July 15.
