Recipes sought

American Legion Post 279 Ladies Auxilary is composing a Patriotic Cookbook and we would like to invite anyone that has a relative in the military or a Veteran to put their favorite recipe in the cookbook that is due to go to print by mid-March.

Please limit to no more than three so we can include all of your wonderful dishes. I realize that I, like most cooks don't measure when we make favorites for our families, however please remember to do so when submittng your recipe along with proper cooking times and temperatures for those that have never made your Loved One's Favorite. We hope to have these ready to sale by Mother's Day. These Patriotic Cookbook's will make perfect “anytime gifts” for everyone.
