Randal Kim Francis

Randal Kim Francis, 63, of Nashville, Tn. passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016. A native of Woodbury, Cannon, Tn. he is survived by his wife, Brenda; daughter, Mindy; son, Joshua (Amanda); grandchildren, Emily, Trey, Mackenzie and Aidan; sister, Claudine Ray and several nieces and nephews. Randal was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Georgie Tenpenny Francis and sisters, Miriam Fay O'Neal, Nancy Oleta Armstrong and Carol Ann Wood.

A retired small business owner, Randal, was an avid golfer prior to his illness. He was a graduate of Woodbury Central High School, Class of 1970 and Middle Tennessee State University, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega. Known for his strength and determination, he was a teddy bear when it came to his grandchildren - the loves of his life.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Woodbury Funeral Home with Robert W. Smith officiating. Attendees are encouraged to share stories of Randal at the service. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to the service. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville at 3 pm Saturday, April 30, 2016.
