NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the pe1formance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 09/01/2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded
09/01/2009, in Instrument No. 34257, Record Book 121, Pgs 255-264, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Charles R. Roberts Sr. and Wanda D. Roberts, conveying
certain property therein described to Bobby M. Goode as Trustee for USDA Rural Development, as
nominee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, its successors and assigns; and the
undersigned, THE SAYER LAW GROUP, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Bobby M. Goode, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of THE SA YER LAW GROUP, P.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the
power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Bobby M. Goode, as

The Dale Hollow and Center Hill Rural Planning Organizations (RPO's) will meet on December 20th at the Leslie Town Centre, located at One West 1st Street in Cookeville, Tennessee. Each RPO will conduct a joint meeting of its Technical Committee and Executive Board. The Dale Hollow meeting is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to noon and the Center Hill meeting is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The RPO's are responsible for comprehensive transportation planning for the Upper Cumberland region. The Dale Hollow RPO includes Clay, Fentress, Macon, Jackson, Overton, Pickett and Smith and Trousdale Counties. The Center Hill RPO includes Cannon, Cumberland, DeKalb, Putnam, Warren, White and Van Buren Counties.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2019 Annual Agency Plan
Woodbury Housing Authority

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Woodbury Housing Authority, the citizens of Woodbury, and all persons interested, that the housing authority is required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 Interim Rule to submit a Public Housing Agency Plan.

Further, the Agency Plan shall consist of an Annual Plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2019. The Annual Plan provides details about the housing authority's immediate operations, program participants, programs and services and the housing authority's strategy for handling operational concerns, residents' concerns and needs, programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year.

Prior to submission of the Agency Plan to HUD, we are soliciting comments and suggestions. We will be conducting a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerring St, Woodbury TN 37190, to discuss the proposed plans. All residents are encouraged to attend.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit written comment regarding the Annual Agency Plan to Ms. Pam Cummingham, Executive Director, Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerrin St, Woodbury TN 37190. Written comment will be received through January 2, 2019.
