Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day ofJuly, 2012, letters testamentary in respect of the estate of Aubrey Medford Nichols, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by a Deed of Trust executed on March 30, 2006, by Donald S Bromley and Crista Jo Bromley to Ronald M. Default having been made by failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a certain promissory note from CHARLES D. The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the Borrowers on April 27, 2012 pursuant to TCA 35-5-117.
