LARRY NELSON

The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a petition for dependency and neglect of Kaleb Xander Nelson. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Carolyn K. Jennings, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 1200 Belmont Drive, McMinnville, TN 37110, 931-473-0191, an Answer to the Petition filed by the Tennessee Department of Children's Services, and pursuant to Rule 39(e)(1) of the Tenn. R. Juv. P. you must also appear in the Juvenile Court of Cannon County, Tennessee at Woodbury, Tennessee on the 27th day of October, 2015 at 1:00 PM for the Hearing on the Petition filed by the State of Tennessee. This matter came to be heard before the Honorable Keith Siskin, Judge and being heard in the Chancery Court of Cannon County on July 6, 2015, upon Motion of Publication, statements of counsel and the entire record in this cause from all of which the court ordered, that publication of the intent to sale the property that is the subject of this estate is to be made in a publication as seen by the general public and as to the last known address of the unknown and minor parties in the above-styled case, specifically,

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

In the matter of : The Estate of Bragg Barrett, Case No 14-113 the Guardian ad Litem has filed a Motion for oder of Publication allowing service of process upon Randy Howerth, Jennifer Howerth and a name believed to be Hannah Howerth, all of whom as believed to reside in Cannon County, as well as any unknown heirs of the Barrett Bragg. This service by publication is in lieu of general service. It is the intent of the estate representative to sell the real property that is the subject of this estate. Any party wishing to be heard in this matter, shall file an answer with the Cannon County Chancery Court within the time period of the four (4) weeks publication of said notice. If no answer or notice is given within that time, the parties may seek default judgment in order to sell the property and close this estate.

This notice shall be printed in the Cannon Courier and run for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks.

Estate of Elsie Dutton Bryson.

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of September, 2015, letters of administration or letters testamentary in respect of the estate of Elsie Dutton Bryson, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Aging Services for the Upper Cumberland, Inc. is looking for people who are empathetic, diplomatic, and skilled communicators to be volunteer Ombudsmen.

As a volunteer ombudsman, you will be assigned to a specific long-term care facility, working to ensure that the resident's rights are being protected. You will help residents with problems they are unable to resolve alone.

Volunteer ombudsmen dedicate three (3) hours per week to this job. Ongoing training and support are provided. This could be the most challenging and rewarding volunteer opportunity you may ever have.
