This cause came to be heard on the 5th day of May, 2017 before this Honorable Court upon a request for Service by Publication filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Joshua Taylor Smith. It appearing from the Petition in this cause and the sworn Affidavit of the Petitioner that the residence of the Respondent, Joshua Coty Gilley is unknown and cannot be personally served with process, it is ordered that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Cannon County Courier, 210 West Water Street, Cannon County, Tennessee 37190 requiring said Respondent to appear before the Judge of said Court on or before thirty (30) days from date of last publication hereof and make defense to the petition filed in the above cause, which seeks a finding of dependency and neglect as to the above named minor children, said petition will be taken for and cause proceeded with ex parte.

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of June, 2017, letters of testamentary or letters of administration with respect to the estate of Mark Stanley Cannon, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
