WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 12, 2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded February 12, 2009, in Book No. 116, at Page 647, and modified on March 8, 2016, In Book No. 165, At Page 547 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Christopher Pulliam and Amy Pulliam, conveying certain property therein described to Susan Melton as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 3rd Financial Service Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, will, on July 13, 2017 on or about 1:00 PM, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Cannon County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

LOCATED, lying and being in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Cannon County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit; TRACT 1 BOUNDED on the NORTH by other realty titled in Foster Northcutt et ux and a segment of Lehman Street; bounded on the SOUTH by the lands of Darrell Goins; bounded on the EAST by Dillon Street; and, bounded on the WEST by the lands of Hoyt Bryson, other realty titled in Foster Northcutt et ux, and a segment of Lehman Street. TRACT 2: BEING a parallelogram measuring 80 x 126 feet, and bounded on the NORTH by the lands of Medford Rich; bounded on the SOUTH by the projection of Lehman Street; bounded on the EAST by the lands of Selmer Mears and the lands of Charles W. TRACT 2: BEGINNING on an iron pin at Bryson's line, running thence N 78 deg. 11 min. 40 sec E 134.94 feet to an iron pin; thence S 20 deg. 18 min 13 sec E 200.98 feet to a stake, Goins line; thence S 80 deg 36 min 41 sec W 133.53 feet to a stake, Bryson line; thence with Bryson N 20 deg 59 min 26 sec W 195.65 feet to the beginning, containing .6 acre according to survey by Robert N. Ranter. This property is subject to an easement as shown in Record Book 109, Page 705, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:
