Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of June, 2019, letters of testamentary or letters of administration with respect to the estate of Kenneth Edward Rank, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:

BID NOTICE

The Cannon County Board of Education is taking bids for the following item. Bids should be per school. This purchase will be funded by the Safe School grant proceeds. Bids will be opened at 1 PM on October 4, 2019 at the Central Office located at 301 W. Main St., Woodbury, TN. The bids will be considered at the October Cannon County Schools Board of Education meeting on October 10, 2019, which will take place at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria at Woodbury Grammar School. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Item 1:
Video/Audio door station and access for Woodbury Grammar, Cannon County High School, and Westside Elementary School vestibule entrances using existing security hardware if able. Each building will have an Audio/Video Door Station outside and a Master Audio/Video Station inside at the Main Desk. The Master Station will be capable of unlocking One of the Entrance Doors. Work will be done on a building by building basis as grant money allows. The Audio/Video System must be capable of future Integration with other systems, including Shooter Detection Systems, Lock-Down Systems, etc. The system capacity must be able to scale up to hundreds of stations, and be addressable to offsite locations. All locations will be wired in a neat, similar manner, with conduit outside, and conduit or wire mold inside. Stations must be easy to reach, audible and visible when standing or sitting in a normal manner and meet all school safety standards. Below are additional specs for the Audio/Video System.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
A. IP Network Compatible Video Intercom System: A network-based communication and security system featuring video entry security, internal communication, emergency stations, and paging. All units and app in the systems shall be able to unlock doors remotely on a network, assist onsite visitors from an offsite location, broadcast emergency announcements, and communicate using a PoE network.
1. Power Source: Power over Ethernet (802.3af).
2. Network Interface: 10 BASE-T / 100 BASE-TX Ethernet (RJ-45).

REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL

CANNON COUNTY COURTHOUSE ROOF REPAIR

Cannon County requests bids on a project for the Cannon County Courthouse consisting of cupola, roof, gutter (painting, etc), and chimney repairs. On-site review of specific work is highly recommended to ensure that specific construction related issues are addressed. The upcoming project involves improvements for the County Courthouse with construction in fall of 2019 and completion of the entire project by Spring 2020. Specific services to be performed are preparation of bid plans, including historic preservation and Tennessee buildings codes.
