NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE
Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated February 17, 2006, executed by CHRISTOPHER W. MACKEY AND LESLIE C. MACKEY, conveying certain real property therein described to Robert M. You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Rutherford County, 1710 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on the 17th of July, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. for a trial on the merits regarding the State's Petition; and to personally answer the Petition for Dependency and Neglect.
