WHEREAS, Mason and Mears Properties, by a Deed of Trust dated December 16, 2005, of record in Record Book 81, Page 617, modified at Record Book 105, Page 421, and modified again at Record Book 111, Page 673, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee, conveyed to Thomas Bratcher, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment to Security Federal Savings Bank of a promissory note fully described in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said note has demanded that the property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of said indebtedness, and the costs of the foreclosure, in accordance with the terms and provisions of said note and Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Thomas Bratcher, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and imposed upon me in said Deed of Trust, will on, Wednesday, the 14th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., Central Time, at the South door of the Courthouse in Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale to the highest and best bidders for cash and free from the equity of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions as provided in said Deed of Trust, certain real property, situated in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Cannon County, Tennessee, described as follows, to wit:

Being Lot 9 of the Rilla Massey [sic] et al. Boundary Division Survey conducted by Mid-Tenn Sruveying, LLC, Christopher Blake Sexton, R.L.S. No . 2400 on October 21, 2005 and recorded in Record Cabinet 2, Slide 2-144, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee.

There is included in the above description but excluded from this transfer Lot No. 1 of the Final Plat for Cannon Hills, according to the Plat and survey of same appearing of record in Plat Cabinet 3-36B, Register's Office, Cannon County, Tennessee to which plat reference is hereby made for more complete details as to location and description of said lot.
