Pauline Stewart Alexander

Pauline Stewart Alexander, 94, of Nashville passed away on Sunday, Feb. 23 at her home following an extended illness.  She was a native of Newton, MA.

 

She is survived by her Daughter, Sandra Stewart Wood and her husband, Robert of Bluffton, SC.; her brother, Almanzor L. Dupuis, Jr. of Norwalk, CT.; 2 grandsons, John (Leslie) Stewart of Midway, Ky. and David (Pat) Stewart of Sommerset, KY.  Also surviving are her nieces and nephews. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Almanzor L. Dupuis & Rena Benoit Dupuis; her husbands, Walter F. Stewart & William Alexander; and her son, Paul Clifton Stewart.  She was a member of the Episcopalian Church and a retired LPN.

 

Graveside services will be 12 noon Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014 at Riverside Cemetery with The Rev. James K. Polk Van Zandt officiating.  Visitation with the family will be 11 am Wed. until the time of service at Woodbury Funeral Home.
