Parton for 3rd District Commissioner

Hi. My name is Delinda Parton. I am announcing my candidacy for Write-in County Commissioner in the 3rd District of Cannon County. I am a lifelong resident of Cannon County, and currently co-owner of Parton Farm in the Pleasant View Community. The youngest daughter of Oscar Parton and late Mollie Lowe Parton.

I would like to represent the people of the 3rd District. In talking to the people of the 3rd District, the main concerns are taxes and potholes on many roads. I would like to work with the commissioners addressing these concerns of the citizens. The Commissioners are to serve the citizens of the county. The meetings are interesting and informative as to how our tax money is spent.

I am a graduate of Cannon County High School and ICS with a Fashion Merchandising degree. I maintain two Facebook pages, including a persona page and Southern Styled Fashionista.

On Aug. 7, the people will elect a county commission that will face many crucial issues. The will be pivotal for the future of the county.

I hope to meet as many of the citizens as I can of the 3rd District. If I don’t see you, I would appreciate your vote and support as a write-in candidate.
