Ollie Mae McDougal

Mrs. Ollie Mae McDougal, age 90 of McMinnville, TN, died Thursday, June 02, 2011, at Rain Tree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville, TN.

She was born April 25, 1921, in Cannon County, TN, was a homemaker, former employee of Roses Department Store, an avid quilter, and a member of Morrison First Baptist Church. Mrs. McDougal was preceded in death by parents Harrison and Carnellia Bush Simmons, husband Fred Melvin McDougal, son Harrison McDougal, sisters Clara Burks and Ruth Barnett, and a grandson Brent McDougal.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law Brenda and Marvin Rigsby of McMinnville, TN, and Renee and Ron Wilson of Morrison, TN, daughter-in-law Peggy McDougal of Nashville, TN, a sister Virginia Bea Parker of Woodbury, TN, grandchildren Kevin and Cari Rigsby, Karen and Paul Waters, Jeremy and Kristi Wilson, and Jacob and Dani Wilson, great-grandchildren Matthew and Madilyn Rigsby, Rachel Waters, and Elijah Wilson, 3 step-grandchildren, 6 step great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral service is  2 P.M. Monday, June 06, 2011, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Jackie Matheny and Bro. John May will officiate.  Interment will follow at Centertown Cemetery. The McDougal Family will receive friends Sunday from 2 P.M. until 9 P.M. and again Monday from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
