North Cannon Street on the east side of the Cannon County Courthouse will be closed late next week to thru traffic due to work being done on the courthouse revitalization project.

Officials said Friday the entrance to North Cannon from Main St. will be closed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, March 24-26.

Persons needing to go to court or conduct other business at the courthouse will still be able to gain access to parking from the east side entrance to the courthouse by entering from W. Water St. as it will temporarily be turned into a two-way from that side.
