Multiple Guilty Pleas Entered For Probation Violation, Driving Without License



Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Tony McPeak was bound over to the September, 2010 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury.  He is charged with driving while license suspended or revoked.

Jessica Stephens pled guilty to the charge of driving on a suspended license.  She was sentenced to 6 months in the county jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and paying the court costs.

Mickey Campbell pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Angela Marschiello pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was extended and she was ordered to pay the court costs.

Thomas Coleman pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 40 days in jail.

Jeffery Thomas pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Johnny Lee Duncan pled guilty to the charge of driving on a revoked license 3rd offense.  He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and paying the court costs.  In another case, Duncan pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.

Gregory Hale pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Summer Williams pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Donna J. Cook pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  She was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying the court costs and paying a $2.00 fine.

Dana Rova pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  She was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying the court costs and paying a $50.00 fine.

Jorge Ochoa pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying the court costs and paying a $50.00 fine.

Tansil Howell pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  She was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying the court costs and paying a $50.00 fine.

Those cases on the docket for Tuesday's session not listed above were either continued to another court date or the defendents failed to appear.
