Misty Dawn Skinner Woodard

Misty Dawn Skinner Woodard, 37, died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at her home in Woodbury following an extended illness.

A native of Jacksonville, FL, Mrs. Woodard was a mother and homemaker.

Survivors include her husband of almost 20 years, Wendell L. Woodard of Woodbury; daughters Megan, Paige, Ashton, Brooke and Brett Woodard, all of Woodbury; two sisters, Lisa Skinner of McMinnville and Linda Johnson of Smyrna; five brothers, Albert William Skinner Jr. of Woodbury, Larry Fugate of Millersville, Kevin Fugate of Florida, Scott Fugate of Nashville and Les Fugate of White House; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Brenda and Bill Woodard of Murfreesboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert William Skinner Sr. and Golda Marie Edwards Skinner, and a bother, Lyle Fugate.

A memorial service will be held in her honor Saturday, Oct. 3 at noon at Woodbury Funeral Home.
