Mildred Alice Robinson, 81 of Bell Buckle, TN died Monday, September 14, 2009, at her home of natural causes, surrounded by her family and has gone to be with the Lord. A native of Cannon County, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie Jackson and Lydia Katherine Todd Robinson. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Beorge Robinson and sister, Jenny Sue Hall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Clyde Robinson.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by seven children: John Clyde (Gayle) Robinson of Murfreeboro, Lydia (Darrell) White of Shelbyville, Mary (Ronnie) Lokey of Bell Buckle, James Russell Robinson of Normandy, Freda Miranda of Bell Buckle, David (Janet) Robinson of Bell Buckle, Shirley (Kevin) Gevedon of Columbia, brother, David Keith Robinson of Waverly, step-sister, Omega Churchwell of Nashville, step-brother,s Calvin Robinson of Texas and Marvin Robinson of Georgia; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

At her request, she was created. A celebration of her life was held Sunday, September 20 at the Bell Buckle United Methodist Church.

Woodfin Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
