Michael Kelly Pelham, age 40, of Cookeville and formerly of Smithville, passed away Thursday December 1, 2016 at his residence.

He was born February 9, 1976 to his parents, Joe Shelton and Brenda Pelham Davis. He was disabled. Survivors include his mother, Brenda Pelham Davis of Cookeville; father, Joe Shelton of Murfreesboro; 1 sister, Amber Rochefort of Cookeville; 1 brother Jeremy Davis of Marietta GA.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Kay Smith and Cindy Thomen for the love and care that they have shown to Michael.

Family and Friends will gather for funeral services 1PM Monday December 5, 2016 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Mrs. Jan Alexander deliving the eulogy and burial will follow at Gaither Cemetery in Woodbury. There will be no visitation prior to the services. In addition to flowers, donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
