Maymie Lee Campbell Williams

Maymie Lee Campbell Williams, 98, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015. She was a native of Cannon Co., TN.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Dean Higgins of Woodbury; 2 grandchildren, Deana Douglas of Coffee Co., and Darla (Jesse) Cunningham of Milton; 4 great-grandchildren, Jason & Blake Douglas, and Brady & Briley Cunningham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert & Gladys Logan Campbell; husband, Earl Rayborn Williams; son, Adron Earl Williams; son-in-law, David Higgins; grandson, David "Darrell" Higgins; and siblings, William A. Campbell, Julie Esther Robinson, and Lydia Mae Taylor.

She was a member of the Smith Grove Church of Christ and a homemaker. She loved to quilt and living on the farm tending to her chickens. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. John Summers officiating. Interment will follow at Midway Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 4 to 9 PM Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.
