Cannon County Sheriff's Office

Aggravated Assault
Christie Rena Keaton, 43, of Peyton Lane, was charged with aggravated assault following an incident involving a machete. A hearing is set for July 5 in General Sessions Court.

Thefts
$375 in cash was taken from a residence on Fairview Lane.

An 2012 Evinrude outboard motor, valued at $4,000, was stolen from a boat parked in Woodbury.

An estimated $200-$300 worth of tools were taken from a garage on Conley Road.

Vandalism
Two mailboxes on Pleasant Ridge Road were destroyed by a shotgun blast.

A tractor owned by Ronnie Hall was vandalized in one of his fields. Wires were cut, keys taken and all four tires were flattened. Approximate value was $2,400.

A mailbox on Riverview Drive was vandalized.

Gerald Petro reported that his mailbox was shot with a shotgun.

Teresa Linquist reported her mailbox on Mason Hollow Road was knocked down and vandalized.

DUI
Delinda Marie Lovett, 40, of Bradyville, was charged with DUI and financial responsibility. A hearing is set for August 30 in General Sessions Court.

Burglary
Gary Henderson reported that burglars took a gun safe from his home on Seals Hollow Road. Approximately 20 to 30 firearms were taken.

Woodbury Police

Drug Charges
Melissa Ann Luttrell and David Jason Bynum were arrested on multiple drug related charges by Patrolman John House including the attempted sale of methamphetamine, solicitation to manufacture or sell Schedule II drugs and theft. Hearings are set for June 14 in General Sessions Court.

DUI
Roland Cannon was charged with a violation of the implied consent law, resisting arrest, driving on a revoked license and DUI by Patrolman Chris Bell. A hearing is set for July 12 in General Sessions Court.

Delinda Marie Lovett was charged with DUI and a violation of the implied consent law by Patrolman Tommy Miller. A hearing is set for August 9 in General Sessions Court.

Driving on a Suspended License
Gregory Alan Kuyser was charged with driving on a suspended license and with a violation of the financial responsibility law by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for June 14 in General Sessions Court.

No Drivers License
Viviane R. Aguilar was charged with no driver's license and no insurance by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for June 14 in General Sessions Court.
