Lowe charged with multiple offenses
Wednesday, October 15, 2014 11:06 am A Rutherford County man with active warrants from Cannon and Bedford County was arrested over the weekend after Murfreesboro Police Dispatchers put a bulletin out on 27-year-old Travis Lowe of Flat Rock Road.
Dogs foil burglar Multiple Charges Rickey Scott was charged with DUI, possession of a handgun while under the influence, unlawful possession of a firearm and simple possession of a Schedule III drug (Hydrocodone). Roy Wade Holloway III was charged with driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene and financial responsibility following an single-car accident on Dickens Hill Road. Making the arrest was Deputy Andrew Colwell.

A hearing is set for Dec. 9 in General Sessions Court. Tisha Dawn Troutt was charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for Nov. 11 in General Sessions Court. Jessica Nelson was charged with driving on a suspended license and with a financial responsibility violation by Patrolman Tracey Stoetzel. A hearing is set for Dec. 9 in General Sessions Court. Brandy M. Bain was charged with possession of a controlled substance, Diazepam and with simple possession of marijuana by Patrolman Jimmie Hayes. A hearing is set for Nov. 11 in General Sessions Court. Desiree Jean Schultz was charged with criminal trespassing by Patrolman Brent Brock. A hearing is set for Nov. 11 in General Sessions Court.
