This past week my friend and colleague, Dotty Duggin, died.

I've had the privilege these past twelve years of serving with Dotty on the Board of Aldermen for the Town of Woodbury. And, although we didn't always see eye to eye on some issues, I never doubted that Dotty voted her conscience and her convictions and I respected that. Dotty epitomized the designation, "public servant."

She was the longest serving Alderwoman on the Board and she worked tirelessly on the Woodbury Planning Commission. She loved her hometown and she served it honorably. I am sad for her passing and I will miss her.

Most Sincerely,
Faye Northcutt-Knox
