WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 10, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded August 17, 2007, at Book 102, Page 134 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by TERRY E. DYER AND TAMMY DYER, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M Weiss, Attorney as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. and Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.'s successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Shellie Wallace of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.

Puckett, Registered Land Surveyor, License Number 225, 4340, Nashville Highway, Dowelltown, Tennessee 37059, Telephone 615-597-4626 on November 11, 1996

The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the borrower(s) pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 35-5-117.  This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN TO MEET
The Town of Woodbury Board of Mayor and Aldermen will conduct a Public Hearing on April 5, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Woodbury City Hall concerning the adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 438, an ordinance amending Title 7, Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Woodbury Municipal Code, giving the Chief of the Fire Department authority to invoice insurance companies for the cost of fighting fires in the corporate limits.
