Justin Matthew Bogard, age 28, of Manchester passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019. He was a native of Rutherford Co.

Survivors include his mother, Tammy Byford (Dale) Dinkins of Manchester; Father, John Wesley Bogard of Morrison; Siblings, Jessica Renee Heffner of Washington, James Wesley (Crystal) Bogard of the Short Mountain community, & Jodie Bogard of Smyrna; and Grandfather, Willie O. Byford of Manchester. Several aunts, uncles, 7 nieces, & 1 nephew also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lorane Byford, Pearl Bogard, & James Bogard.
