Jonathan Wayne Kestner, 155 Armstrong Lane, Woodbury, was charged with Disorderly Conduct on Feb. 5.

Cannon County Sheriff’s deputies Travis Turney and Mike Smith responded to a verbal domestic call at that address.

 Upon arrival they spoke with Kestner, who was in an argument with persons at the scene.

When Kestner was asked to cooperate, he allegedly became combative, refused to follow directions and began throwing his body at deputies, stating to arrest him, while screaming. Bond was set at $500. Initial court date is March 6.

The Super Bowl Sunday incident is the latest in a string that has seen Kestner arrested numerous times over the last year or more.
