Junior Lions Narrowly Defeated In Overtime

The Cannon County Junior Lions opened their season against Red Boiling Springs Thursday.

The game against Red Boiling Springs began slowly, with neither team scoring in the first half. At the end of four quarters, the Lions and RBS were tied 6-6.

Overtime held a touchdown for each team and a successful field goal for the opposition. Red Boiling Springs won 12-14.
