Johnny Hal Campbell, age 63, died Saturday December 27, 2014 at his home in Antioch following an extended illness. Johnny was born in Hammond, IN but lived in Woodbury and Nashville most of his life.

Johnny is survived by his brother, Dorris (Betty) Campbell of Dyer, IN; 4 sisters: Peggy (Tommy) Starnes of Ardmore, TN, Patricia (Raymond) Cooper of Morrison, Juanita Fazekas of De Motte, IN and Joyce Rice of Woodbury and by his special caregiver and cousin, Bob Bryson of Antioch. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nina George Campbell and Medford Campbell, 3 infant brothers, 2 brothers-in-law: Jerry Fazekas and Paul Rice and several nieces and nephews.

Johnny was a member of the Methodist Church and retired from US Air as a reservationist. He was a talented artist, specializing in oil painting and sold many of his beautiful paintings.
Wednesday
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday December 31 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Freland George officiating. Burial will follow at Sycamore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service Wednesday.
