Jerry M. Lane

Jerry M. Lane, 76, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He was a native of Cannon Co., Tn.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joyce Hayes Lane of Woodbury; Son & Daughter-in-law, Shannon & Machael Lane of Murfreesboro; 4 grandchildren, Shelby Hutchinson, Brandon, Tiffany & Ben Wichern; 3 Great Grandchildren, Lillyann, Kylie & Bentley; Brother, Harold Lane of Beech Grove; and Special Friend, Joe Don Hale.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents: James Harry & Minnie Laura Lorance Lane; Son, Jeffery Lynn Lane; Brothers, James Lane & Lawrence Lane and sister, Willette Lane.

He was a member of the Ivy Bluff United Methodist and was retired from United Service Equipment.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 01, 2016 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Sycamore Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ted & Terry George, Ben Wichern, Shannon, Timmy & Donnie Lane. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm until 9 pm Friday, September 30, 2016.
