Jerry L. Moulder, 83, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Woodbury Health and Rehab. A native of Cannon Co., he was the son of the late Eugene Moulder and Mary Rains Moulder.
He is survived by his son, son, Jeremy Moulder of Manchester.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Howard Nelson Moulder and Burton Eugene Moulder and sisters, Marie Dickson and Ora Gosset.
He worked for 2 years for AVCO Corporation in Nashville. He then served 4 year from 1960 - 1964 in the United States Army. He was honorably discharged at Fort Dix, New Jersey. He then worked for TN Dept. of Revenue for 15 years. He retired from Cannon Co. Hwy. Dept. after 12 years in 1992.
Jerry's hobbies were fishing, reading and church work. He was a member of Sunny Slope Church of Christ where he attended regularly.
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Saturday, August 14, 2021 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Shane Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Cherry cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday, Aug. 13, 2021 from 4 pm until 8 pm.
