Hazel McCullough Alexander, 93, of Woodbury passed away April 17, 2020 at Woodbury Health & Rehab. She was a native of Cannon Co.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Linda & Wallace King of Woodbury; grandson, Tracy King of Mexico; great grandsons, Jonathan (Heather) King of Atlanta & Dylan King of Tempe, AZ; great granddaughter, Kelcy King of Murfreesboro and her sister, June McCullough Foster of Woodbury. Also surviving are several nieces & nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mason & Lidia Mae Parker McCullough; her husband, Floyd Alexander; he sister Patsy McCullough Holt and 2 brothers: Willie McCullough & Joe McCullough. Hazel was a member of 1st Baptist Church in Woodbury and a retired dental assistant.

Graveside Services will be 11 am Monday, April 20, 2020 in the Riverside Gardens with Bro. Bobby Zumbro and Bro. Herb Alsup officiating.
