Greer Pleads Guilty To Multiple Charges



Chancellor Robert E. Corlew, III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Thursday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Donald Reeder’s motion hearing was reset for October 30, 2009.

Jason A. Couch pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

Joseph D. Moore was found guilty of the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Nick Reeder’s motion hearing was reset for October 30, 2009.

Lori Manier pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

J.W. Bass was reset for plea day on October 9, 2009.

Larry Don Greer pled guilty to the charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 48 hours in jail, paying a $350.00 fine and paying the court costs. In addition, he will lose his driver’s license for 1 year. In another case, Greer pled guilty to the charge of assault. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on supervised probation and paying the court costs. Greer also pled guilty to the charge of vandalism under $500.00. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation and paying the court costs.

Larry Henry was reset for plea day on October 30, 2009.

Alicia Odom pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

Debbie R. Israel was reset for plea day on October 9, 2009.

Kim Brinkley pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

Benjamin Watkins pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Judy Smithson was reset for a review hearing on October 9, 2009.

Timothy Jake Milligan was reset for a violation of probation hearing on October 9, 2009. He was also appointed an attorney.
